These Terms govern participation in the Events organized by NoXcuse BV ("NoXcuse"). By registering for an Event, you (the "Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Registration is completed upon (i) accurate submission of the online registration form and (ii) full and timely payment of the advertised fee. NoXcuse may refuse a registration at its reasonable discretion (e.g., capacity limits or safety concerns). All registrations are personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved by NoXcuse in writing.
Current fees for each Event are listed on the respective event page and registration form. Unless otherwise specified, fees are exclusive of VAT.
Payments are processed through reputable payment service providers. The contract price, applicable VAT treatment, and any optional extras are confirmed during checkout. All bank charges, exchange costs, or card fees are borne by the Participant.
NoXcuse may reasonably modify non-essential elements of an Event (e.g., timing, route, hospitality) to address safety, weather, or operational constraints. If an Event is cancelled by NoXcuse, the paid Event fee will be refunded. Save for mandatory statutory rights, Participant-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted upon written request and subject to administrative feasibility.
Participants must comply at all times with applicable traffic laws, administrative requirements, and instructions from authorities and the organizer. No racing is permitted. Vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, and operated prudently. NoXcuse may remove any Participant who behaves in a manner that endangers safety or significantly disrupts the Event, without refund.
Participation is at the Participant’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoXcuse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for damages arising from the driving conduct of Participants or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence. Each Participant remains solely responsible for (i) vehicle insurance, (ii) travel/accident insurance where relevant, and (iii) compliance with local legal requirements.
NoXcuse is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events reasonably beyond its control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public authority decisions, strikes, pandemics, or road closures). Where reasonably possible, NoXcuse will propose a suitable alternative or postponement.
Events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, Participants grant NoXcuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use images and footage depicting the Event for documentation and promotional purposes in any media, without further consent or compensation. Participants warrant that any branding they display does not infringe third-party rights.
NoXcuse processes personal data strictly for Event administration, payment handling, and—if consented—marketing communications, in accordance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR). Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection via the contact details above.
Substantive complaints must be reported to NoXcuse as soon as reasonably possible during the Event, to allow a prompt solution. Any subsequent written complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time after the Event via the contact details above, accompanied by relevant evidence.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Belgian law. The courts having jurisdiction under Belgian procedural law for the registered office of NoXcuse shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. NoXcuse’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms may be updated from time to time; the version published at the time of registration applies.
